- A guarantor is someone who will be financially responsible to your lease agreement. Typically, a parent or guardian.
- The guarantor must reside in the United States and be at least 25 years of age.
- We will accept a security deposit if an approved Guarantor cannot be provided. Please see Rental Criteria below for more information.
